Request for Media Credentials for Toledo-Ohio State Football Game - Sept. 19, 2009
Please fill out and submit the form below for each individual request.

Due to high demand, there will be a limited number of media credentials issued for this game. Priority will be given to media organizations in the following order:
1. Media that regularly cover Toledo or Ohio State.
2. Major daily newspapers and TV news organizations in Ohio.
3. Smaller dailies, weeklies and news radio organizations in Toledo, Columbus and Cleveland.
4. National media.
5. Other legitimate media in Ohio not mentioned above.
6. Representatives from bowls, conference offices, etc.
7. NFL scouts (Scouts may be required to purchase a ticket if there is not enough space in the press box)

Credential requests must be received by Aug. 21, 2009.
Status for most requests will be determined by Sept. 4 and either mailed or left at Will Call.
