Toledo, OH - For those unable to make the trek to Terre Haute, IN, or for those who just want to spice up their lunch hour, the NCAA Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships will be aired live on NCAA.com on Monday, Nov. 21.

The gun will go off for the men's race at 12:08 p.m. (EST), followed by the women's race at 12:58 p.m. (EST).

The Toledo women's team is competing as a unit in the national championship race for the second year in a row, and second time in program history. The Rockets enter the meet ranked as the No. 24 team in the country, the highest ranking in program history.
