11:00am Site of competition open for team inspection
Noon Delta Timing Group trailer opens - declaration deadline at 4:00 p.m.
5:00pm Site of competition closed
5:00pm - 6:00pm Doctor's Clinic at Savage Arena (contact Sara Meserth 419.530.4333)
5:30pm Packet Pick-Up - Glass Bowl Stadium Club - University of Toledo
Coaches Hospitality - Glass Bowl Stadium Club - University of Toledo
7:00pm Mandatory Coaches Meeting - Glass Bowl Stadium Club - University of Toledo
Saturday, November 12th All times listed are local, Eastern Time (ET)
11:30am National Anthem
11:45am Men called to the start
Noon Men's 10,000 Meter Race
1:00pm Women called to the start
1:15pm Women's 6,000 Meter Race
Recognition of Top Finishers (immediately following)
Spectator Parking
Spectator parking will take place on the campus of the University of Toledo. See Appendix C (in the attached Full Participant Manual) for directions.
Admissions Gate
All spectators must enter Ottawa Park Golf Course at the admissions gate located on Bancroft, across the street from the University of Toledo. Ottawa Park Golf Course is an enclosed area so the only access into the facility for spectators will be on Bancroft. There is a $5 charge for all spectators.
