GREENVILLE, SC - Due to inclement weather from Winter Storm Pax, Toledo's season-opening game against Xavier on Friday, Feb. 14 has been postponed. The contest was to be held at Fluor Field in Greenville, SC at 4:00 p.m.

The Rockets and Musketeers will now play on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 12:30 p.m.

UT is also slated to compete against Norfolk State on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 11:30 a.m. and host Furman at 3:00 p.m. as part of the First Pitch Invitational.

Fluor Field is the home of the Greenville Drive, a single-A affiliate for the 2013 World Series champion Boston Red Sox, and features a 30-foot high wall modeled after the "Green Monster" at Fenway.

The Rockets are 5-5 season openers under 11th-year head coach Cory Mee, most recently dropping an 8-7 decision vs. LaSalle at the Ron Fraser Classic in Cary, NC last spring. - Your Source for Rocket Sports
