Bring: pen/pencil to complete paperwork

1) Must be enrolled as a full-time student at UT
2) Need athletic physical within 6 months
3) Need proof of health insurance
4) Need to be registered with the NCAA Clearinghouse (ncaaclearinghouse.net)

NOTES:
If you are invited to join the team after tryout, you cannot have classes scheduled Monday-Friday between 2:00-6:00 p.m. as they will conflict with practice.
