2010-11: Earned All-American honors after a 15th-place finish in the 100 Breaststroke at NCAA Championships (1:00.95, NCAA "B")...She is the first UT swimmer ever, and third Rocket overall, to achieve be named All-American...Named to CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major All-American Team...Recorded 22 top-five finishes in the 100 Breast, 200 Breast and 200 IM during the regular season.
2008-09: Placed eighth at MAC Championships in 200 breast- stroke with season-best time of 2:17.91...Also competed in 100 breast and 200 IM at MACs...Scored wins in the 100 breast against Ball State and Bowling Green...Also had two second-place finishes and three third-place finishes in that event...Won the 200 breast against Bowling Green and Akron...Set three of the top nine times in UT his- tory in 100 breast and two of the top 10 in 200 breast.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Green... Was a four-year letterwinner in swimming under head coaches Mike Lazor and Sam Stevens... Named the MVP her junior and senior years... Became the first swimmer from Green to qualify for states... Earned All-Ohio honors in the 50 and 100 free during her senior year... Qualified for districts in the 200 and 400 medley relay... Was a junior nationals qualifier in the 500 and 100 free, 200 free relay and the 400 medley and free relays in 2008... Competed in the 50 and 100 free and 200 and 400 medley relay at districts during her sophomore and junior years... Advanced to states in the 50 and 100 free both years.
Personal: Born Laura Anne Lindsay in Fairlawn, OH on Mar. 9, 1990... Daughter of Brian and Maria Lindsay... Has two brothers (Matt and Andrew)... Enjoys photography... Chose Toledo because of “the team and medical college”... Majoring in biology/chemistry (pre-med).

2009-10: Second Team All-MAC...Swam on MAC champion 200 and 400 medley relay teams...400 team set school record while both hit "B" times...Runner-up in both 100 and 200 breaststroke at MAC Championships, setting school record in 200 and "B" times in both events...Stellar regular season in which she tallied 10 victories in 100 breaststroke and nine victories in 200 breaststroke, totaling a team-high 19 individual wins...Won all but two times in the breaststroke events during the regular season...named Counsilman Hunsaker National Collegiate Swimmer-of-the-Week following meet against Buffalo (Feb. 6) in which she won the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke events, both setting NCAA "B" times...Named finalist for College Swimming Honors National Break Out Swimmer of the Year.
