Freshman Jennah Romansky to Join Women's Golf Program
TOLEDO, OH - Toledo Head Coach Nicole Hollingsworth announced the addition of freshman Jennah Romansky to the Rockets' program on Thursday.
"I'm very excited to have Jennah join our team," Hollingsworth said. "She really played a lot of golf this summer and will definitely add to our team's depth. She is one of those players that has taken up the sport late and will only get better and better with more time and repetition."
A Cuyahoga Falls, OH native, Romansky became the first female golfer from Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy to qualify for the state tournament after winning sectional and league titles as a senior. She was named to the OHSAA All-Academic Team and also won a league title as a junior. Romansky captured the International Junior Golf Tour's (IJGT) Buckeye Cup and Northern Ohio Junior PGA Qualifier this summer and qualified for the Optimist International Junior Golf Championship.
