University of Toledo Athletics Compliance Mission Statement The University of Toledo Athletic Department’s Office of Compliance is committed to upholding the policies and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the Mid-American Conference, and the University through an environment principled on vigilance, communication and mutual trust between the Compliance Office and student-athletes, institutional staff members, coaches, faculty, alumni, boosters, and the community.
