Incoming Rocket recruit Amada Border won the Michigan High School Division I No. 1 singles women's tennis championship on Saturday. A magna cum laude student at Novi High School, Border made the all-state team for academic achievement.  MORE

The University of Toledo women's tennis program's 2010-11 recruiting class ranks No. 8 among mid-major programs according to TennisRecruiting.net. Toledo is the only school from the Mid-American Conference to be ranked in the Top 25.  MORE

Maha Guirguis concluded a stellar career on and off the tennis court with her selection to the women's tennis Academic All-MAC team, announced today by the conference office. Guirguis, a pre-physical therapy and exercise science major, carries a 3.83 GPA and was one of nine recipients of the honor.  MORE

The Toledo women's tennis team saw its season come to a close with a 4-0 setback against Buffalo in the MAC Tournament Quarterfinals on Friday at Western Michigan. The Rockets, who entered as the No. 4 seed, conclude the 2010 campaign with a 12-7 record.  MORE
